Congratulations Tshidi and hubby, may the good Lord bless you abundantly. A good friend of mine shared this with me: Proverbs 16:1 & 9 "1. The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. 9. The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps." and I hope one of the days you will establish the meaning as a couple. May God continue to bless you!!!

Travel Information (Directions)

If travelling from JHB to Boiketlong (plus Lebowakgomo)

a. In own vehicle (Incl. hired car)

Boiketlong in Sepanapudi is easiest to get to from Polokwane if you're not familiar with the roads. From JHB, get onto the N1 North to Polokwane and drive for just over 300 km until you get to the intersection of the N1 and the R37 (or Kerk Street). At this intersection turn right towards Lebowakgomo. Drive on the R 37 towards Lebowakgomo for 37 km and turn right onto the R579 after the Chuenespoort mountains. Drive on this road for 7km to Boiketlong (and another 4 kms to get to Lebowakgomo)

Alternatively your GPS should be able to take you to Boiketlong Sepanapudi and Lebowakgomo Civic Centre.

b. In public transport (combination of bus and taxi)

There are taxis and buses (Polokwane only) leaving from Park Station in JHB to Lebowakgomo and Polokwane daily. You'll need to leave JHB on Friday 26 May and sleep over either in Polokwane or Lebowakgomo as these can be unpredictable.

From either Polokwane and Lebowakgomo Taxi Ranks you'll find taxis that will drop you off at the wedding venue in Boiketlong Sepanapudi. If in Polokwane, take the Taxi to Lebowakgomo Zone F and asked to be dropped off at Boiketlong in Sepanapudi. And from Lebowakgomo there'll be a combination of taxis, either one of which will drop you off at the wedding venue. Just ask for the one that leaves at a time which is convinient for you.

If travelling from Lebowakgomo to Ga-Nchabeleng

a. In own vehicle (Incl. hired car)

Get on the R579 towards Jane Furse. Drive for 27km until you get to Apel Cross (It's a 4 way stop with some activity). The 1st one you encounter after leaving Lebowakgomo on the R579. Turn left towards Apel on this road. Drive on this road for another 25km and you'll arrive at Ga-Nchabeleng village.

b. In public transport (taxi)

There are always taxis from Lebowakgomo taxi rank to Ga-Nchabeleng (or Apel). If you take a taxi to Apel taxi rank, there will be taxis to Ga-Nchabeleng. There'll be a very short distance between the two.

About Us

Engagement Celebration

Tebogo and Tshidi's engagement celebration was on Sunday the 29th of January 2017, at a beautiful venue called Boiketlong.

It was a beautiful day studded with all of their friends, family and colleagues. All there to celebrate a very official (known by parents, grandparents, pastors) start to their train ride together.

Tebogo went on one knee and marked the one he wants be to with forever and Tshidi accpeted it . All you could hear was aalililililiiiii and now everyone waits in anticipation for thier 2 day wedding celebration.

#cowfied #engaged #prayedfor #blessedtomarry #endorsedbyfamily #endorsedbyfriends #thatsteprehearsal

About Us

Our Story

Some people call it love at first sight... We call it grace.

Tebogo and Tshidi met on the 1st of May 2015 (answers all your #15TT15 questions). They had a "step" rehearsal and happened to be partners. He was meeting her for the first time because she still liived in Cape Town and hadn't been to a lot of rehearsals as a result.

They just very naturally got along and spent the wedding day together, obviously, they were partners. Sounds a little like a justification, doesn't it? They also happened to be very close friends with the bride and groom. At the wedding Tebogo represented the groom's friends and Tshidi the bride's friends (as seen in the picture). It gave them a lot to talk about.

Tebogo kept telling her that she is his mother's daughter-in-law. She remembers him saying that a lot. She also knew that she actually liked him, which shocked her because they had after all just met. Love at first sight, right? But she thought he was joking and didn't entertain it much. The next few days proved to her that he wasn't joking, because now, two years later, he is making her his mother's daughter.

About Us

The Groom

Tebogo by Tebogo

I was born in Ga-Nchabeleng and I am the first son in my family. I have three siblings. I am a born again child of God. I did my primary schooling at Moloke Primary School and then went off to do my high schooling at  Tom Naude Technical High School. I enjoy driving cars and listening to music.

Tebogo according to his friends

Tebogo is the one guy I know who has a lot of respect for his parents. He is intelligent, well informed and has deep knowledge about most things. This is why I would probably call him to ask for his input on matters that concern me. He might not know this, but his bravery and ability to continuously dream bigger inspire me. He's one person that always has a plan and has always been sure about where his future is headed.

When growing up, the one thing he constantly said was that he would truly love his future wife and take good care of her. Mfanaka I'm so happy for you, I've noticed how bright your smile has been since you met your fiancé and your marriage will be a bliss and a success because I've seen how much you value God's word in your life. I love you and cherish our friendship and brotherhood.

*********************************************************************

*********************************************************************

Tshidi you are blessed because you're marrying a very strong man who will always protect you and your kids(prophesying) .

There is one incident that is still stuck in my mind today, and it occured more than 20 yrs ago (lol). We were kids at a Sunday school conference, getting food (pap, chicken and cabbbage) as it's customary at these things. Some of you will know that in African communities, kids get the small pieces of meat... So we all got our winglets and went along, but not Tebogo (lol). When his turn came, he refused to take the small wing and they had to give him a bigger piece of meat (lol) and we were all so shocked.

Back to my point, he's a very strong guy, he will be able to protect you Tshidi... He practices this word from Luke 11:21; "when a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe". And as ohers may say "a strong man will put his own pain behind him to love and protect his children, family, or those who love him and need him."

To Tebogo, always remember that A GOOD HUSBAND MAKES A GOOD WIFE!!!!!

************************************************************************************************************************************************

About Us

The Bride

Tshidi by Tshidi

I was born in Lebowakgomo aka Lecowza kasi ya ka. I am my mother's only child but I was raised by my grandparents who stay in Lecowza so I did grow up as a last born for half my life so far. I did my primary and secondary schooling in Lecowza then went off to study away from home . I love cars, music (singing and very armature playing of keys), helping people ,reading and writing and I have a secret wish of being on Jika ma Jika although, dance moves dololo - I have rhythm though. Last but not least I am a born again child of God (bazalwane asking why I didn't say it first). God knows I love Him more than ever.

Tshidi by Tshidi's friends

Amu is my friend for over 10 years. She knows how to sustain a long distance friendship. That's why we are still friends up to today. Amu has an amazing loud laugh that can break even the thickest glass, the laugh itself its like the shattering of glasses to the core. The best part of it, she is passionate about God.

Iron sharpens iron - that's how our friendship was and still is. She gave me reasons to read the bible in high school. She would always come back quoting verses and I also wanted to impress, so I went on reading it too. This made us stronger believers and it shaped our shared goals, especially when it came to living for God.

The jokes we shared and still remember are the best.

She is a giver. Even before she started working she used to plant in my life. She gave me my first Cape Town experience. Thee friend, Amu did that for me. I thank God for my wonderful friend, a future wife to my husband's friend. There is no way our friendship will end.

************************************************************************************************************************************************

Tshidi is really one of a kind. I don't know where they make people like her.

She's a God fearing woman with a big heart and she genuinely cares about others. Being with her is always fun; there is always laughter - she's got such a great sense of humour. Tshidi is also very focused. She's ambitious but actually gets things done. She would be a great addition to any family.
